About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an elevated and personalized shopping experience.
  • Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet KPIs.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to drive repeat purchases.
  • Manage daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following asset protection procedures.
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitors.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in luxury retail.
  • Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations.
  • Proven skills in clienteling and data acquisition.
