Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an elevated and personalized shopping experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored customer recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to drive repeat business.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales KPIs and personal sales plans.
• Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom in accordance with retail policies.
• Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and online pickups.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail experience preferred).
• Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in luxury retail.
• Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, or video demonstrations.
• Strong clienteling and data acquisition skills.
