About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering elevated and personalized luxury shopping experiences.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting individual and team KPIs through cross-selling and upselling.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to drive repeat business.
- Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following asset protection procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail experience preferred).
- Proficiency in POS operations and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitors.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in luxury retail.
- Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations.
- Proven skills in clienteling and data acquisition.
