Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences and adhering to Coach service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive clienteling.
• Drive sales performance by meeting individual and team KPIs through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat business.
• Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following asset protection procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to foster a high-energy, professional, and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in POS operations and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS).
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitors.
• Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations.
• Proven skills in clienteling and data acquisition.
