About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and build lasting client relationships
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
- Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs through personal sales plans
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in luxury retail
- Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos
- Proven skills in clienteling and data acquisition
