About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an elevated and personalized shopping experience.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and utilizing clienteling tools.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, and replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following asset protection procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and online pickups.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
- Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, and kneel.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in luxury retail.
- Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos.
- Experience with clienteling and data acquisition.
