Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute the Total Patient Experience to build relationships and deliver medical support
• Determine patient needs and sell eyewear to exceed expectations
• Assist patients in selecting frames based on style, color, and facial measurements
• Educate patients on specific lenses, coatings, and frames to suit their needs
• Accurately collect optical measurements including pupillary distance and segment heights
• Dispense patient orders and perform frame repairs and adjustments
• Operate auto-lensometers and manual lensometers

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or patient interaction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 lbs
• Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent walking, standing, and bending

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous medical office or ophthalmic experience
• ABO and NCLE certifications
