Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute the Total Patient Experience to build relationships and provide medical support
• Assist patients in selecting frames based on style, color, and facial measurements
• Educate patients on specific lenses, coatings, and frames to meet their needs
• Collect accurate optical measurements including pupillary distance and segment heights
• Dispense patient orders and perform frame repairs and adjustments
• Operate auto-lensometers and manual lensometers
• Manage the dispensing of all glasses and contact lens orders

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or patient interaction experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 lbs
• Strong fine motor skills for grasping and using technology
• Ability to pass a background check as required by the state

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience
• Previous ophthalmic or optical experience
• ABO and NCLE certifications
