Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences and upselling accessories.
• Conduct professional piercings, provide aftercare education, and maintain a sterile environment.
• Maintain store presentation through organized inventory and visual merchandising displays.
• Support store operations including processing deliveries and executing promotional activities.
• Stay updated on fashion and social media trends to assist customers with styling.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high-energy and positive store atmosphere.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy.
• Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and lift/maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and climb ladders or step stools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid mathematics and reading comprehension skills.
• A passion for fashion and awareness of current social media trends.
