Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they’ll love through furniture selection and service options
• Build relationships, prospect for new business, and manage customer accounts
• Assist customers with financing options, invoices, and delivery scheduling
• Maintain a neat, welcoming showroom and support a strong customer experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and other performance metrics

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication and listening skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a large showroom
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience in furniture, retail, or home furnishings
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills
• Technology fluency, including use of an iPad for training and transactions
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a personal customer base
