Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they'll love by presenting various home furnishings and service options
• Engage with customers to assist in finding the best financing options
• Manage prospecting, account management, and the CITY CRM system
• Create invoices and schedule deliveries for customers
• Navigate large showrooms and remain active on the floor for the duration of shifts

Requirements

• High-School Degree from an accredited institution or GED equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours a day)
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule, including evenings and weekends

• Previous customer-facing experience
• Strong relationship management and influence skills
• Self-driven and highly motivated personality
• Ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to customer needs
