Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Help guests design their homes by engaging with various home furnishings and service options
• Build personal connections to guide customers through the sales process and financing options
• Convert customer interactions into successful sales and meet monthly sales goals/KPIs
• Manage prospecting, account management, and follow-ups to build a repeat customer base
• Create invoices, schedule deliveries, and maintain showroom neatness
• Navigate large showroom environments, which may require being on your feet for extended periods

Requirements

• High-School Degree or GED equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 8 hours a day)
• Availability to work a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience
• Strong relationship management and influence skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated drive to manage your own "business" within the showroom
