Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Help guests design their homes by presenting various home furnishings and service options
• Build personal connections and guide customers through the entire sales process
• Convert customer interactions into successful sales and meet monthly sales goals
• Assist guests in finding the best financing options
• Create invoices, schedule deliveries, and manage customer accounts
• Maintain the neatness of the showroom to ensure a welcoming customer experience
• Navigate large showrooms and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift

Requirements

• High-School Degree or GED equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods in a large showroom environment
• Strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience
• Experience in relationship management or sales
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation
