Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Help guests design their homes by engaging with them and presenting various home furnishings and service options
• Build personal connections to guide customers through the sales process and assist with financing options
• Convert customer interactions into successful sales and manage accounts through prospecting
• Create invoices, schedule deliveries, and maintain showroom neatness
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Navigate large showrooms and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift

Requirements

• High-School Degree from an accredited institution or GED equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and Google Suite
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in a large showroom environment
• Strong communication skills, including effective speaking and attentive listening

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience
• Demonstrated ability in relationship management and influencing others
• An entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated work ethic
