Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Help guests design their homes by presenting various home furnishings and service options
• Engage with customers to build personal connections and guide them through the sales process
• Assist guests in finding the best financing options and convert interactions into successful sales
• Manage the full sales cycle, including creating invoices and scheduling deliveries
• Prospect and manage accounts to build a long-term customer base through referrals and repeat business
• Maintain showroom neatness to ensure a welcoming customer experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• High-School Degree from an accredited institution or GED equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to stand and navigate large showrooms for extended periods (up to 8 hours a day)
• Availability to work a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills, including effective speaking and attentive listening
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a self-driven and goal-oriented mindset
