Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they'll love by engaging with various home furnishings and service options
• Assist guests in finding the best financing options and managing accounts
• Prospect new customers and manage relationships through the CITY CRM system
• Create invoices and schedule deliveries for customers
• Navigate large showrooms and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift

Requirements

• High-School Degree from an accredited institution or GED equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Ability to stand and guide customers throughout the showroom for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience
• Strong relationship management and influence skills
• Self-driven and motivated personality with high integrity and professionalism
