Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Help guests design their ideal homes by presenting various home furnishings and service options
• Build personal connections with customers to guide them through the entire sales process
• Convert customer interactions into successful sales and meet or exceed monthly KPIs
• Assist guests in finding the best financing options and create invoices for purchases
• Manage prospecting and account management to build a repeat customer base
• Maintain showroom neatness to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests
• Navigate large showroom spaces and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift

Requirements

• High-School Degree from an accredited institution or GED equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a large showroom environment
• Strong communication skills, including effective speaking and attentive listening

• Previous customer-facing experience
• Demonstrated ability in relationship management and influencing others
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a self-driven and motivated mindset
