Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Help guests design their ideal homes by presenting various furnishings and service options
• Engage customers to build personal connections and guide them through the sales process
• Convert customer interactions into successful sales and meet monthly KPIs
• Assist guests in finding the best financing options and create invoices
• Manage prospecting and account management to build a long-term customer base
• Maintain showroom neatness to ensure a welcoming customer experience
• Navigate large showrooms and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift

Requirements

• High-School Degree or GED equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (showrooms can be very large)
• Availability to work a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship management skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated drive to succeed
