CAMP is a Family Experience Company that helps answer the question, "What should we do today?" through a unique combination of retail, media, and entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Guide families through the retail experience and provide immersive customer service
• Engage in conversations with families to recommend relevant products
• Perform custom greetings and engage with families throughout their journey
• Demo products and assist at the crafting or slime bar
• Process transactions at the register and communicate upcoming programs
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks

Requirements

• Weekend availability is required
• Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week
• Prior experience in retail, child-care, education, or performing arts
• Positive attitude and passion for working with people and children
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and climb ladders
