CAMP is a Family Experience Company that helps answer the question, "What should we do today?" through a unique combination of retail, media, and entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Guide families through the retail experience to ensure a magical visit
• Engage in conversations with customers to recommend relevant products
• Provide immersive greetings and interact with families throughout the store
• Demo products and customize personal shopping experiences
• Process transactions at the register and communicate upcoming programs
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment

Requirements

• Ability to work at least one weekend day per week
• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week
• Prior experience in retail, child-care, education, or performing arts
• Positive attitude and passion for working with people
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 45 pounds
• Excellence in engaging with children and families creatively
