About the role

Responsibilities

  • Guide families through the retail experience to ensure a magical visit
  • Provide immersive customer service through custom greetings and product demos
  • Customize personal shopping experiences based on family interests
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through best-in-class selling
  • Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment

Requirements

  • Ability to work at least one weekend day per week
  • Availability for approximately 20 hours per week
  • Prior experience in retail, child-care, education, or performing arts
  • Strong passion for engaging with children and families
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 45 pounds
  • Positive attitude, patience, and warmth
