About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide families through the retail experience to ensure a magical visit
- Provide immersive customer service through custom greetings and product demos
- Customize personal shopping experiences based on family interests
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through best-in-class selling
- Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
Requirements
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week
- Availability for approximately 20 hours per week
- Prior experience in retail, child-care, education, or performing arts
- Strong passion for engaging with children and families
- Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 45 pounds
- Positive attitude, patience, and warmth
