About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide families through the retail experience to ensure a magical and immersive brand journey
- Engage in personalized conversations to recommend relevant products and drive sales
- Welcome guests with custom greetings and perform interactive demonstrations
- Manage crafting or slime bar activities and product demos
- Process transactions at the register and communicate upcoming programs
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through best-in-class service
- Assist with merchandising, floor replenishment, and back-of-house tasks
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
Requirements
- Mandatory weekend availability (at least one day, ideally both)
- Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week
- Prior experience in retail, child-care, education, or performing arts
- Strong passion for engaging with children and families
- Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 45 pounds, and climb ladders
- Positive attitude, patience, and a sense of humor
