Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Assist with outfit building and provide product recommendations
• Assess customer needs and provide information on product features
• Drive store KPIs and suggest improvements
• Maintain shop and stock room presentation and organization
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries and authorizing discounts

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality
• Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships easily
• A team player who celebrates the achievements of others
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work at a fast pace
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and taking initiative
