Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty
• Engage with an international customer base regarding PVH products and values
• Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve established sales targets
• Promote the corporate culture and brand image through professional conduct
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is well-presented
• Monitor stock levels and replenish products to ensure a full range of sizes and styles is available

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within the retail sector
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dynamic personality with strong operational and organizational abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
