Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Act as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
• Serve as a brand ambassador by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Assist with outfit building and product recommendations
• Assess customer needs and provide information on product features
• Drive store KPIs and suggest improvements
• Maintain shop and stock room organization and presentation

Requirements

• Previous track record in hospitality or retail
• Effective communication skills with ability to build relationships
• Strong team player attitude
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work at pace
