About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Assist customers with outfit building and product recommendations
- Assess customer needs and provide detailed information on product features
- Drive store KPIs and suggest improvements to performance
- Maintain shop and stock room organization, presentation, and maintenance
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries and authorizing discounts
