Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by following and enforcing Calvin Klein service standards
• Maintain strong product knowledge to inform and assist customers and colleagues
• Promote a positive shopping experience by treating all customers fairly and consistently
• Ensure consistent and accurate product replenishment and follow-up
• Maintain visual merchandising standards for all products
• Perform or delegate daily, weekly, and monthly opening and closing checklist tasks
• Participate in inventory processes as required

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail environment
• Experience with visual merchandising
• Previous management experience
• Highly proficient in spoken and written Norwegian
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• A passion for the fashion industry and the Calvin Klein brand
