Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, assisting and building loyalty with international customers during the sales process
• Manage relationships with an international clientele, providing detailed product information and sharing PVH values
• Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve established targets and goals
• Promote the company culture and brand image
• Contribute to a professional and motivating work environment
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Monitor and replenish floor stock to ensure full product range and size availability

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail role
• Strong organizational and operational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and standing
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends
