Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer experience by welcoming guests and initiating conversations to drive sales
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying knowledgeable about current fashion trends and brand identity
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor, including replenishment and stock processing
• Execute point-of-sale (POS) operations and cash handling tasks
• Support overall boutique success through teamwork and dedication to brand values

Requirements

• Friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Retail experience is preferred, but training will be provided

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment
