About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the customer experience by welcoming guests and initiating conversations to drive sales
- Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining deep knowledge of iconic Calvin Klein styles
- Execute visual merchandising tasks, including replenishment and maintaining brand standards
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations and cash handling
- Support back-of-house operations to ensure smooth boutique functionality
Requirements
- Friendly attitude with high energy and enthusiasm
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but training will be provided
