Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while following Burberry luxury brand standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and utilize strong selling skills to drive growth
• Build customer loyalty through active client development and maintaining a detailed client book
• Execute monthly floorsets and maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines
• Manage floor presence by replenishing merchandise, maintaining fitting rooms, and ensuring a clean selling environment
• Support back-of-house operations including markdowns, inventory processes, and stock room organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet specific targets
• Strong clienteling background with experience in relationship management
• Advanced knowledge of POS systems and retail store software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced luxury environment
