Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while following Burberry luxury brand standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and utilize strong selling skills to drive growth
• Build customer loyalty through active client development and maintaining a detailed client book
• Execute monthly floorsets and maintain high visual standards across the selling floor
• Manage floor maintenance, including replenishing merchandise and maintaining fitting rooms
• Support back-of-house operations, including markdowns, inventory processes, and stock organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets
• Strong clienteling background and experience in customer relationship management
• Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in luxury retail is preferred
