Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while delivering the Burberry Experience
• Provide exceptional luxury customer service and demonstrate superior interpersonal skills
• Build customer loyalty through active client development and maintaining a detailed client book
• Execute monthly floorsets and maintain high visual standards according to brand guidelines
• Manage floor presence by replenishing merchandise and maintaining fitting rooms
• Support back-of-house operations including markdowns, inventory processes, and stock organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
• Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment
• Strong background in clienteling and relationship management
• A genuine interest in fashion and design
