Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by embracing the Burberry Experience and following luxury brand guidelines
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship building
• Cultivate client loyalty by managing a client book and inviting customers back to the store
• Maintain high visual standards by executing monthly floor sets and ensuring products are correctly displayed and replenished
• Manage floor presence and maintenance, including keeping fitting rooms clean and ensuring the store is ready for daily operations
• Support back-of-house operations, including inventory management, markdowns, and stock organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury retail or a related industry
• High school diploma or higher
• Understanding of POS and store management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in fashion and design

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English or Chinese
• Degree in a fashion-related field
• Previous experience in luxury sales or high-end customer service
