Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Burberry Experience by following company training guidelines and reflecting the luxury brand image
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement
• Cultivate client loyalty by developing new customers and maintaining relationships via client books and follow-ups
• Maintain high visual standards by executing monthly floorsets and ensuring products are correctly displayed and replenished
• Manage floor presence and maintenance, including keeping fitting rooms clean and ensuring the store is ready for daily operations
• Support back-of-house operations, including markdown processes, inventory management, and stock organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the luxury or a related industry
• High school diploma or higher (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Strong understanding of POS systems and store operations
• Genuine interest in fashion and design
• Fluency in English or Chinese is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in a fashion-related field
• Proven experience in luxury sales or high-end customer service
