Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through excellent selling skills
• Provide luxury customer service by embracing the Burberry Experience
• Build customer loyalty through active client development and maintaining a detailed client book
• Maintain high visual standards by executing monthly floorsets and replenishing merchandise
• Ensure the selling floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Support back-of-house operations including markdowns, inventory, and stock room maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
• Strong clienteling background and experience in customer relationship management
• Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment
• A relevant interest in fashion and design
