Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Burberry Experience by providing exceptional customer service and meeting individual sales goals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with luxury clientele through active clienteling and detailed client book management
• Maintain high visual standards on the selling floor, including merchandise replenishment and executing monthly floorsets
• Ensure floor readiness and maintenance, including fitting room upkeep and organized stock replenishment
• Support back-of-house operations, including markdown processes, inventory assistance, and stock room organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment
• Proven track record of driving sales and meeting performance targets
• Strong clienteling skills and experience in customer relationship management
• Advanced knowledge of POS and retail store systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
