Responsibilities

• Provide an inspirational shopping experience and act as a Brand Ambassador to meet sales targets
• Connect with clients in a personalized way to establish and maintain long-term relationships
• Proactively develop sales by selecting appropriate product ranges and utilizing link-selling techniques
• Maintain thorough product knowledge, including garment fit, fabrics, and styling
• Achieve individual KPIs including Burberry.com sales, customer capture, and repeat business
• Present yourself professionally in line with Burberry’s brand image and grooming guidelines
