Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Burberry Experience by following company training guidelines and reflecting the luxury brand image
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship management
• Cultivate client loyalty by developing new customers and maintaining existing relationships using a Client Book
• Maintain high visual standards by executing monthly floorsets and ensuring products are correctly displayed and replenished
• Manage floor presence and maintenance, including keeping fitting rooms clean and ensuring the store is ready for daily operations
• Support back-of-house operations, including markdown processes, inventory management, and warehouse organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the luxury or a related industry
• High school diploma or higher (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of POS systems and store operational technology
• A genuine interest in fashion and design

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English or Chinese
• Degree in a fashion-related field
• Previous experience in luxury sales or high-end customer service
