Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while following Burberry luxury brand standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and utilize strong selling skills to drive revenue
• Build and maintain customer loyalty through active clienteling and detailed client book management
• Maintain high visual standards by executing monthly floorsets and ensuring merchandise is correctly displayed and replenished
• Manage floor presence, including fitting room maintenance and ensuring the selling floor is ready for customers
• Support back-of-house operations, including stock organization, markdowns, and inventory processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
• Strong clienteling background and experience in relationship management
• Advanced knowledge of POS systems and retail store operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment
• A relevant interest in fashion and design
