Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while following Burberry luxury brand standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and utilize strong selling skills to drive revenue
• Build and maintain customer loyalty through active clienteling and detailed client book management
• Execute monthly floorsets and maintain high visual standards according to company guidelines
• Manage floor presence by replenishing merchandise, maintaining fitting rooms, and ensuring a clean selling environment
• Support back-of-house operations including markdowns, inventory processes, and stock room organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets
• Strong clienteling background and experience in relationship management
• Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment
• A relevant interest in fashion and design
