Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an amazing shopping experience
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing selling strategies
• Share product knowledge to maximize sales and cater to customer needs
• Build brand loyalty and customer relationships using company tools
• Provide fashion advice based on customer personal style
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks, including floor sets and ringing up customers
• Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store environment
• Model company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, and inclusivity

Requirements

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs
• Engaging personality with a focus on great service
