Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly budgets and KPI goals through proactive selling and upselling
• Provide customers with expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clientele
• Ensure a best-in-class client experience and act as a brand ambassador
• Manage live chats and maintain excellent written communication with clients
• Assist with in-store events, trunk shows, and promotional activities
• Handle service and repair watch distributions and liaise with the Customer Service team
• Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards and store security
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience
• Strong knowledge of mainstream and niche watch brands
• Proven success in fast-paced, objective-driven environments
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
• Flexibility for national travel and supporting other boutiques
