Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a welcoming environment
• Assist customers with product questions and provide personalized styling suggestions
• Achieve daily sales goals including SPH, ADS, and UPT set by management
• Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation through folding, sizing, and restocking
• Operate the cash register and complete transactions accurately using POS systems
• Support store cleanliness, organization, and inventory processing tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and loss prevention protocols

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort working with POS systems and retail technology
• A commitment to delivering a positive, personalized shopping experience
• Previous retail experience is preferred
