Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor to provide a positive shopping experience
• Provide assistance to customers by answering merchandise-related questions
• Meet individual daily sales goals including SPH, ADS, and UPT
• Maintain store standards by filling, sizing, and folding merchandise throughout the shift
• Assist in cleaning, maintenance, and processing of merchandise as directed by management
• Operate cash registers and ring up sales transactions using POS systems
• Monitor for loss prevention and report any unusual activity to management
• Follow all established safety procedures and store protocols

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail selling
• Ability to operate POS systems and other store computer applications
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a professional personal appearance and contribute to a positive team environment
