Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining all scheduled opening and closing operations
• Execute bank deposits and manage cash wrap procedures
• Complete markdowns on sale items and damaged goods as instructed
• Receive and merchandise incoming inventory shipments
• Promote and motivate staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals
• Ensure customers receive high-quality service through direct selling and floor monitoring
• Communicate daily assignments and company initiatives to the team
• Execute merchandise and floor changes as assigned by the Store Manager
• Uphold loss prevention standards to secure store assets and property
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of the sales floor, backroom, and cash wrap

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in customer service
• One year of experience in fashion retail
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
