Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Own and co-own client relationships in close collaboration with senior fintech sales team members
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting new business, qualifying leads, and closing deals
• Provide support for live deals by preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams
• Act as a subject matter expert in fintech, payments, and BitGo's suite of digital asset products
• Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives to meet specific client needs
• Drive and manage client requests and initiatives across trading, lending, operations, and compliance teams

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in crypto, fintech, or traditional finance (investment or corporate banking)
• Experience providing white-glove service to institutional clients
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, crypto market trends, and custody solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in digital assets
• Knowledge of payments, protocols, tokens, DeFi, or NFTs
• Experience in structured products, consulting, or other front-office financial roles
