Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional customer experiences through value-based sales behaviors and deep product knowledge
- Build authentic connections by discovering customer needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Provide efficient checkout experiences, including transaction processing and maintaining a clean register area
- Perform replenishment activities to ensure the store remains fully stocked
- Assist with floor layouts, window changes, visual presentations, and signage
- Maintain physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Adhere to all safety standards, company policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-focused retail environment
- Proven track record in sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to feedback
- Ability to de-escalate difficult customer situations
- Availability to work peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
