Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer experiences through value-based sales behaviors and deep product knowledge
• Build authentic connections with customers by discovering needs and providing personalized recommendations
• Provide efficient and pleasant checkout experiences, including processing transactions and maintaining a clean counter
• Perform replenishment activities and adhere to brand standards to keep the store fully stocked
• Assist with floor layouts, window changes, visual presentations, and signage setup
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by following all safety standards and procedures
• Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using ladders

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to feedback
• Ability to handle delicate customer situations with professionalism
• Availability to work peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
