Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experiences by discovering client needs and offering personalized product recommendations
• Build authentic connections with customers through product demonstrations and fragrance expertise
• Process transactions efficiently at the cash wrap while maintaining a clean and well-stocked checkout area
• Execute replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to ensure a full and abundant store appearance
• Assist with floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
• Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic atmosphere
• Ability to handle delicate customer situations with professionalism
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift/move merchandise regularly
• Availability to work peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
